What is a Plan of Correction (POC)?
A POC is your formal, written response to the Statement of Deficiencies, a state equivalent for licensed assisted living. It answers each cited deficiency separately — explaining how it will be corrected, who is responsible, and by when. Surveyors expect specific regulatory language and realistic timelines; that's exactly what we develop.
How fast can you turn around a response?
We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. Standard Plans of Correction are generally completed within 5–8 business days.
CitationCare Members receive preferred turnaround based on membership level:
Resource Members: 5 business days
Compliance Members: 3–5 business days
Elite Members: 2–3 business days
For urgent matters, 24–48 hour expedited service may be available, with pricing confirmed in advance.

Single Plans of Correction are quoted per citation based on complexity; membership is quoted by facility size. The initial consultation is always free, with no commitment.
